Terms of Service

By creating an account, submitting a listing, or purchasing a featured placement on MCP Index, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

MCP Index is a directory of tools. Listings are reviewed by our team before publication. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listing content submitted by third parties.

• Featured placements are paid, recurring subscriptions billed via Stripe, Inc..
• All prices shown at checkout are final and include VAT for EU customers, calculated based on your billing country.
• By subscribing, you give explicit consent for your billing data to be shared with our payment processor solely to complete the transaction (see our Privacy Policy).
• Subscriptions are subject to our mandatory break policy: placements pause periodically to ensure fair turnover, with at least 30 days advance notice.

If you are a consumer located in the EU/EEA, UK, or another jurisdiction with equivalent distance-selling protections, you have the following rights:

• 14-day cooling-off period: you may cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, unless you have expressly requested the service to begin immediately and acknowledged the loss of the cooling-off right for that portion already used.
• Easy cancellation: you can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard, with no cancellation penalty.
• Advance notice: we will give at least 30 days notice before any mandatory break or material change to your subscription.
• No charges after cancellation: once cancelled, you will not be billed again.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Refunds are issued in accordance with the cooling-off period described above and applicable consumer protection law in your country.

By submitting a listing, you confirm you have the right to publish the content and grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the Service. We may remove any listing that violates these terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time; see our Privacy Policy for how we handle data upon deletion.

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including statutory consumer protection rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland / European Union, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
